Prices, opening hours, vaccinations and assurance


Please remember that we have a high staff to dog ratio, so that we can give maximum individual attention to your pet either enjoying and interacting with us in one of the activity play areas or for the less active going for a gentle stroll, having lots of cuddles and being groomed; the alternative would be to have less staff and therefore less individual attention and your pet being left on their own in a kennel and run for a higher percentage of the time. To enable us to give maximum attention to each dog we only have 16 kennels and although they are large and airy, they are no substitute for human contact. This human time element is taken into account in our pricing, but we believe that your dog deserves as much attention as possible to make his experience whilst staying with us an enjoyable one.   • ₹ 700 per night/day per kennel.
  • Provision for AC rooms are available, please request for charges.
  • PRICES are charged from dogs being dropped off from 1.00pm onwards and collected up to 12.00am, dogs picked up after 12.00am will be charged and extra night (at our discretion), dogs dropped off before 1.00pm will be charged for the previous night (at our discretion)

Advance booking for peek period of the year like Deepawali, Christmas and New Year’s Eve will be advisable as no last moment admissions will be entertained.


11am-4pm all days except closed Mondays. We operate an open door policy and appointments are not necessary inside the visiting hours. Please be aware that we are more than happy to show you around, we are very proud of our standards, but there may be a short delay, whilst we attend a inmate or finish a kennel. You will be asked to wait in the reception/waiting area.

Drop offs and pick ups

  • Drop offs 1pm-5pm and Pick ups from 8.30am-12.30pm
  • Closed on Mondays
  • Any other time strictly by appointment


A vet will be called out to any boarder that we have doubts about and the vet’s instructions will be followed including staying at the veterinary practice if necessary. Our first interest is the well being of all of our boarders. If any charges incurred during the period will be charged back to the customer and same needs to be cleared before taking your pet from the Pet Care.


A current vaccination record/certificate must accompany every boarder on the day of its arrival; any boarder without a vaccination record/certificate will be refused boarding. Please make sure that all boarders have been wormed and treated for fleas on a regular basis. Any boarder found to have worms or fleas will be treated and the cost added to the boarding fee.
