Prices, opening hours, vaccinations and assurance
Please remember that we have a high staff to dog ratio, so that we can give maximum individual attention to your pet either enjoying and interacting with us in one of the activity play areas or for the less active going for a gentle stroll, having lots of cuddles and being groomed; the alternative would be to have less staff and therefore less individual attention and your pet being left on their own in a kennel and run for a higher percentage of the time. To enable us to give maximum attention to each dog we only have 16 kennels and although they are large and airy, they are no substitute for human contact. This human time element is taken into account in our pricing, but we believe that your dog deserves as much attention as possible to make his experience whilst staying with us an enjoyable one.
