11am-4pm we operate an open door policy and appointments are not necessary inside the visiting hours. Please be aware that we are more than happy to show you around, we are very proud of our standards, but there may be a short delay, whilst we attend a inmate or finish a kennel. You will be asked to wait in the reception.
DROP OFFS AND PICK UPS
- Tuesday to Saturday 9am-6pm
- Sunday 11am to 4pm
- Any other time strictly by appointment.
For safety all dogs must arrive on a leash that is securely fastened. Should a dog have aggressive tendencies a muzzle should also be worn.
A vet will be called out to any boarder that we have doubts about and the vet’s instructions will be followed including staying at the veterinary practice if necessary. Our first interest is the well being of all of our boarders. Any charges incurred will be charged to customer.
VACCINATIONS AND HEALTH
A current vaccination record/certificate must accompany every boarder on the day of its arrival; any boarder without a vaccination record/certificate will be refused boarding. Please make sure that all boarders have been wormed and treated for fleas on a regular basis. Any boarder found to have worms or fleas will be treated and the cost added to the boarding fee. Please contact us or come and visit us (appointment not necessary) if you are unsure. Or you could contact your veterinary surgeon.
Owners warrant that any dog left for boarding is fit, sound and healthy and does not have aggressive tendencies towards, people or animals (unless the kennels have been made previously aware of any existing condition or aggressiveness)
All dogs must be fully inoculated against
Rates are levied from the date of arrival 1.pm to the morning of departure 12am any dog collected after 12am will be charged for an extra night (at the kennels discretion). Once a booking is made a place is held for that dog for the arranged dates. Should this need to be cancelled then this must be done a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival in writing.
Failure to comply will result in 50% of the agreed fee being charged. Should no notification be given then the full payment will be invoiced. 20% fee will be asked for at the time of advance booking, this fee is un-refundable. All payments to be made by cash or cheque. A fee of Rs 500 will be charged for any returned cheques.
PET INSURANCE AND NATURAL CALAMITIES
MIPC does not insure any boarders and hence any accidental loss of life of the pet during the stay will not be our responsibility.
Maxwell International Pet Care reserve the right to dispose of the pet concerned if it is not collected within 14 days of the agreed collection date unless prior arrangement has been reached. Owners will remain liable for full fees up to such time as the pet/s have been successfully re-homed or disposed of.
The management reserves the sole right to do as they deem appropriate thereafter without further notice to the owner. The management of MIPC is then released of their responsibilities for the pets boarded thereafter under these terms. All clients shall be in agreement to these terms once they have chosen at their freewill to sign this form and board their pets at MIPC.
Any representative appointed to collect the pet other than the owner must bring proof of identity, full boarding payment and have a signed letter from the owner. Please notify the kennels in advance if you cannot collect your pet/s in person.
Any vehicle parked on the premises is parked at the sole risk of the owner regardless of how any damage occurred. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or medication, however caused whilst on the premises, all toys, leads, bedding, collars etc are left at the owners risk.
Pets from the same home/family can share a kennel, (the owner will be asked to sign a document to say that they agree to this) and a discount will be applied. If there is any sign of distress in any of the pets in a shared kennel, they will then be boarded separately and charged for at the standard rate.
